Position Summary:

Under the direction of the Chief Growth Officer (CGO), the Business Analyst is responsible for providing data reporting and analysis for key business functions across the company.  Utilizing a combination of industry knowledge and technical skills, this position resource develops both regular and ad hoc reporting and analysis. In addition, this individual will develop presentations for internal and external stakeholders and manage historical data on business performance, product changes, and market expansion.

What You Will Do:

  • Provide regular reporting and analysis to support the reporting needs and business requirements of the CGO
  • Partner with CGO and sales leadership team to develop presentations, content, agendas, documents, etc. for internal and external stakeholders
  • Sales CRM support to include capturing prioritized CRM enhancements, identifying performance analytics opportunities, and partnering with technology and marketing to track enhancements implementation
  • Support sales enablement and improvement work through development of models under sales leadership direction that improve sales channel performance, producer performance, territory analysis and sales rep. assignments
  • Sales training and education program support
  • Project management detailing – Research and analysis development as part of overall key projects including strategic plan development
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned

What You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in reporting and analytics; experience developing monthly reports and financial models; experience in creating insights from data
  • Strong problem-solving and research skills with attention to detail
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, and Salesforce and business intelligence reporting software; ability to learn new software to meet evolving business needs
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong follow-through as well as ability to communicate complex information across various audiences
